You:
Tell us your idea, who it's for, roughly how many you'll sell, your target price per unit and any certifications you need.
ACB:
We listen, sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) if you want one, recommend a format and shape the formula around your target cost.

We ask your target price up front and tailor the formula to it, and we're transparent the whole way, so there are no surprises.

Formula & samples

Our R&D team builds or refines your formula, then makes samples for you to try.

You:
Try the samples, tell us what to change, then approve the final sample and its spec.
ACB:
We formulate at our R&D bench, match the flavor, send you samples and run pilot batches when needed.

Approve the quote, place your order and sign off your final label proof.
ACB:
We quote, order your ingredients and packaging, and book your run for when they arrive.

We make it

Your ingredients arrive and are tested, then we blend, fill and pack your product.

Nothing. We keep you posted while your batch is made.

We use approved suppliers, have ingredients tested by third-party certified labs and record every step in your batch record.

We test it

Your finished batch is checked against your spec sheet from step 2 before we release it.

Receive the lab report for your batch.
ACB:
We test, review the batch record and keep your product on hold until our quality team releases it.
